It was so nice to have mom and dad here for Christmas this year. They came up for dad's knee appointment and then stayed until after Christmas. Brett came up for a ski day on the 21st and we had already invited Rachel and Dean up for a dinner that night ......so he got to be there with the older twins as well. Powell left on the 22nd and was gone until Christmas evening. He made it to the breakfast (which was really at 4) with the Van Wagoner side. Christmas was on a Sunday so we went to an hour sacrament meeting program. Hunter played his violin and I played the piano. My favorite part about Christmas is spending time together afterwards....playing games, watching movies, staying in p.j.s and playing with our new toys.

| Hansen has been annoyed with my tree for several years now because there isn't a star on the top. So when he came to the party, he got some paper and cut out a star. Then Dean put Hansen on his shoulders and climbed up my ladder to put the star on the tree. LOL. That Hansen! |
