Bib Wars!

Brinley has a mind of her own at 8 months old! She hates to wear a bib now. If she wasn't such a messy eater I wouldn't care. I love seeing her little personality develop. Notice how she laughs when I tell her she is naughty!

The First Crash and First Stitches!

It was inevitable......Hunter was an accident waiting to happen! There are two problems with Hunter's new bike riding skills.

1. He only rides very fast, even when going around corners, crossing streets and making his way up a new stretch of sidewalk.

2. He doesn't pay attention to "riding his bike". He's too busy smiling and waving to the neighbors and showing them his new skill.

Anyway, on a visit to see Grandma Great, who only lives 1 1/2 blocks away, Hunter crashed and popped open his chin. He needed 6 stitches to close the gap. He says he loves his new "mustache" (I think he means beard).

My First Pony!

It may be small, but it's still a pony. Aren't little girls so much fun? Brinley sits on my counter in the bathroom now and admires herself in the mirror. Today I decided to see if we could muster up enough hair to do a pony. She kept bouncing in place after I was done. I think she was showing me that she approved of her new hair-do.
