I'm so so so behind on my blogging but I'm convinced to get caught up in the next few days so I can post the pictures from our cruise. Last year I made a dinner in a pumpkin and most of us loved it so we made it again this year. The recipe is hamburger, rice, water chestnuts, mushrooms, and seasonings. You put chow mein noodles on the top and it's delicious. It is especially good if you scoop out the sides of the pumpkin to eat with it.

It is good to see your Halloween pictures. Love the pumpkins especially the one filled with a yummy dinner. I'll have to try that again sometime. Haven't done one for years.
I will have to try to cook in a pumpkin sometime. Love the cute pumpkins- especially elmo. So cute.
